Dr. Eric Buchanan
Eric develops automated computational workflows, GPU-accelerated machine-learning models, and scalable data analysis pipelines for advanced transmission electron microscopy. His research focuses on extracting structural and chemical information from large, multidimensional microscopy datasets to accelerate materials characterization and uncover atomic-scale structure–property relationships.
Saghar Rezaie
Using advanced electron microscopy, Saghar investigates semiconductor nanostructures, including GaN nanowires and CdSe/CdS quantum dots, to uncover relationships between local atomic structure, electrostatic potential, bandgap, and electronic disorder.
